Aventura Shopping

The project and our contribution

We provided comprehensive advisory services for the road project of the Montevideo Norte Shopping Center (Aventura Shopping), a development located between Av. Gral. Eugenio Garzon and Maria Orticochea that includes the construction of a shopping center, public spaces, and housing.

Our scope includes the design of internal roads - parking, access points, and loading/unloading areas - as well as the upgrading of the project's external roads.

The work is carried out in coordination with the architecture team to ensure a functional and efficient integration of all vehicular and pedestrian circulation systems within the complex. Architectural project: Gomez Platero Arquitectos. Contractor: Saceem - Berkes Group. Client: Estudio Cr. Luis E. Lecueder.
