The project and our contribution

We participated in this project from its earliest stages, developing the preliminary design together with specialized advisors and supporting Aeropuertos Uruguay during the bidding process, the executive design review, and construction supervision.

The covered parking facility, inaugurated in April 2025, consists of a five-level structure connected internally by dual-circulation ramps. The design includes direct connections to the airport arrivals and departures areas via pedestrian bridges, as well as an exterior vehicle ramp that provides access from the basement.
